Where do I buy your products?

All products are sold online on this site. Each one is made to order and shipped to you.

Where are the products made?

Our products are made in and fulfilled from facilities around the world. The location depends on the product ordered and its destination. We make the effort of minimizing transit distance and time where we can.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and digital wallets as well as PayPal. Payments are secure and all options are presented at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most products are fulfilled within 2-9 days of ordering. Shipment time depends on where the order is fulfilled and its destination. International shipments may take longer to deliver since they have to clear customs.

Will I have to pay additional delivery fees, duties or taxes?

Some international shipments may be assessed additional fees, duties and taxes by the carrier. Customers are responsible for these charges.

What happens if I have not received my order?

Orders are considered delivered when the tracking information indicates so. If your shipment has been left at the wrong address, then please contact the carrier for assistance. If a shipment is significantly delayed in transit, then contact us for assistance. If a shipment is returned to YHM Designs because an incorrect address has been provided, then the customer is responsible for the costs of resending.

Do you offer exchanges and accept returns?

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges and accept returns. If there is a problem with your product when you have received it, then please contact us within 30 days of the order's shipment, with photos clearly showing the problem, for assistance. YHM Designs is not responsible for damage beyond this time.
